1955 Ariel Colt LH 197cc four stroke. 2 1/2 gallon tank, 5 1/2" front - 5" rear brakes. The Colt was discontinued August 1959. Nimble bike in its day & quite rare.
Pictured with Ron at 14 years old in 1962, having butchered the bike a bit for riding round the fields. Note spanner underneath - nothing changes.
